Your privacy on our website

What you tell us

When you send a quote request, emergency request, account form or merch form, we receive what you type (like your name, business, phone, email and delivery details). We use it only to answer you and to fill your order. We do not sell it.

What the website measures

Like most business websites, we measure how the site is used so we can make it better and respond faster:

• Google Analytics counts visits, pages viewed, the general area a visit comes from (city or region, estimated from the internet connection), the type of device, and the website or link that brought you here.
• Visit alerts. When someone visits or taps things like Call or Request a Quote, our team gets a short notice with the page and the estimated city and state. If the visit comes from a business network, the notice may include that business's name. We do not store your IP address.

None of this tells us your name unless you choose to send us a form or call us.
